We have wanted to plant fruit trees in our yard for a while, and the opportunity presented itself when one of Berto's patients gave us some blueberry trees. Today Eden helped Berto plant about 4 trees. We'll see if they grow us blueberries in the spring. Maybe next spring if not this one! Eden and Berto had a daddy and me day today and headed to chuck-e-cheese while I did some major house cleaning!
Her great-grandfather must be smiling to her & Tantore from heaven as he watches them "working the land". He, my dad, was always planting and his family's business was pineapple farms. Hope he blows good luck to the bluberries trees! MAMITA
