In 2007, when Eden was 8 months old, I started this blog. I did it because our family and friends are all over the U.S. and thought it would be a nice place for them to watch our daughter grow up! Since then, it has become a labor of love. My love of photgraphy and journaling, combined with my love for motherhood has poured into this blog. Welcome and come back often!

costume time!

We are busy getting costumes ready for Eden's upcoming show. "The sound of music" requires at least 5 costume changes! The one below I found online at a used clothing store and she will wear it when the kids sing "sound of music" with captain Von Trapp.


This nightgown we picked up today at our favorite vintage store, "buttons and bows" and she will use it for the "my favorite things" scene.
This one above she got as a gift on her second birthday from a friend and it fits now! She will use it for the party scene when she sings "so long, farewell"
