V-day and Snow

We took some Valentine's pics in the snow today, of course Eden has her purse in hand, her new favorite thing! We got another coat of fresh snow today and decided to stay home and relax. She was very excited to receive candy and cards for the holiday, and it took a while until she understood about Valentine's day because she thought it was her birthday at first! Tonight Berto is cooking up a favorite puerto rican dish called pastelones. Its a baked dish with plantanes layered with seasoned ground beef and cheese. Sort of like a puerto rican lasagana!!
